  A very bad experience for me. I drove 77 miles to see a car which had been sold the day before. John Lellow contacted me to see how my car search was going and assured me it was worth driving this far to see this car. When asking why I hadn't been informed it had sold there was no apology I was just told he didn't know as he wasn't in the day before and that their business is selling cars. Certainly not dealt with in line with the RAC Approved Garage Code of Conduct. I have given John Lellow the opportunity of compensating me with mileage and loss of earnings but no response.
