  Today I came into the showroom hoping to view an SLC. There must have been about 6 members of staff visible and eventually one approached us to see if he could help. We asked if there was an SLC we could sit in. He had never heard of the model, said he hadn't been there long and had to locate a colleague to find out if they had one. When viewing the car it was evident he knew less about it than we did! Why if there were so many staff available (we were the only customers) did they send over the least experienced member of staff and how on earth is someone let loose on the sales floor who doesn't even know the different models? We have dealt with BMW next door for years and always received excellent and knowledgeable customer service. We may yet consider the SLC but will not be getting it from this dealership.
