Ordered a dog car crate. Absolutely no problems with the order but the delivery courier rather let me and Canine Concepts down. Yodel were less than efficient and charge a ridiculous amount to return items. Due to Yodel's inefficiency I no longer needed the item and had to return it. I used Hermes - much cheaper. Apart from the delivery aspect absolutely no problem with the order, the return and, hopefully, the refund. Staff were all very pleasant and polite and returned calls when they said they would. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Canine Concepts is a great company. I always receive great service from really helpful staff. The choice of products is excellent and good value for money. With fast delivery I would definitely recommend them and use again.
